DESCRIPTION:16 September – 20 September 2018 \nAudience \nThis programme has been designed for senior practitioners in the Lloyd’s managing agent and broker community who are open to exploring their leadership potential and gaining insight into how they can inspire others. Typically they: \n-are already in a Head of or Director role\, or likely to be within the next 12 months\n-have been identified as a future potential senior executive\n-have experience managing and leading teams\n-are looking for the stretch to take them to the next level. \nInspirational Leadership is a five-day programme that has been developed as a result of collaboration between Oxford University’s Saïd Business School and the LMA Academy. The programme has run on a biennial basis since 2008 and over the years it has evolved to reflect the constant change within our market. It aims to offer a rewarding and immersive experience to prepare leaders for the challenges ahead. \nThe programme has remained true to the original conception of providing a learning opportunity for senior practitioners in the Lloyd’s market.
