Katie currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at AEGIS London\, the top quartile Lloyd’s syndicate\, she joined in May 2020. \nKatie has also held CFO roles at the UK entities within ERS a Lloyd’s Motor Syndicate where she joined with private equity to undertake a business transformation; the Aspen Group (Aspen Insurance UK Limited and Aspen Managing Agency Limited) and ACE Tempest Re. \nKatie is a Fellow of the ICAEW\, Chair of the WCI Charitable Trust\, and a Court Assistant at the Worshipful Company of Insurers. She sits on the Corporation of Lloyd’s Investment Committee and serves as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair at Helios Underwriting Plc — an AIM-listed company investing in a portfolio of Lloyd’s syndicate capacity. \nAbout AEGIS London\nAEGIS London is a top-quartile\, consistently profitable Lloyd’s syndicate (Syndicate 1225)\, underwriting a broad range of business classes. \nFormed in 1999\, it operates as part of AEGIS Insurance Services Ltd\, a long-established mutual insurance business.
