This session will explore digital health, a fast moving sector encompassing telehealth and remote monitoring, smart medical devices and health tracking apps and the replacement of human care. It will discuss the insurance implications and liability exposures of these emerging trends through a claims scenario and address broader subjects such as Artificial Intelligence and whether such is considered a service or product, market funding, policy wordings and Environmental, Social and Governance matters.
