During Disability Access Symposium week (5th-9th October 2026)\, champions\, charities and business leaders will be amplifying initiatives\, solutions and resources accelerating accessibility for disabled people. \nIn this presentation\, Caroline Barr shares how signposting brokers through the Find Insurance Service is enabling disabled customers to access their insurance. Vanessa Riboloni and Jan Levy share the latest Outside In research on the sector with insurance companies\, focusing on disability. As well as recently commissioned CII Member research on disability access. Kathryn Stringer shows how firms can unlock the potential of neurodiverse talent and build fairer\, more inclusive pathways into financial services. Julie Denning explores the importance of vocational rehabilitation and how it can transform outcomes. Eddie Grant highlights the sector’s progress and the cultural shifts needed to build confidence for disabled consumers. \nThis event is an opportunity to learn\, connect\, and be inspired by leaders driving meaningful change.
