By working together with IICF\, companies are delivering activities that address critical issues faced by local communities and create tangible benefits for business and society. By uniting the industry in grants\, volunteer service and leadership\, companies working together with IICF\, can deliver activities that address critical issues faced by local communities and create tangible benefits for business and society. \nFrom recent research by Deloittes (2017)\, 88% of millennials reportedly want to work for a socially responsible company. When it comes to corporate donations to charity\, businesses give in several ways\, including grants or cash donations\, related marketing\, gifts and sponsorships. Companies also incorporate work placement donations through employees giving their time to charity\, such as Beanstalk in spending time in schools reading with students. By engaging employees to commit to a charitable cause will help to develop communication and teamwork skills and enhance confidence and empathy in the workplace. \nAt this market briefing\, our speaker\, Wendy Wilder\, will will enlighten all regarding the charitable work of The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) since inception in the UK from 2015.
