DESCRIPTION:Building coastal resilience using natural solutions is a social imperative\, a conservation challenge and an industry opportunity. \nThe Lloyd’s Tercentenary Research Foundation and their Board are supporting a collaborative team from academia\, conservation and insurance to value the risk reduction benefits of coastal habitats and to identify opportunities to finance natural infrastructure solutions. \nAt this special event\, Lloyd’s will host experts in coastal ecology\, coastal engineering\, risk modelling and economics that will present ground-breaking work on the modeling and financing of natural infrastructure to support risk reduction and climate adaptation.
