SUMMARY:ASHK Hong Kong Actuarial Summit
DESCRIPTION:The inaugural Hong Kong Actuarial Summit 2019\, hosted by the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong (ASHK)\, will be held from 21-22 November 2019 in Hong Kong at the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel. The theme will be “Embracing the New Future”. The event organisers are pleased to announce that The Hon Paul Chan Mo-po\, GBM\, GBS\, MH\, JP\, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will be giving an opening address. \nThis two full-day event is truly a breakthrough by combining the ASHK Annual Dinner\, Appointed Actuaries Symposium\, General Insurance\, Pension and Health Seminars. More than 300 delegates are expected to attend the Summit including C-suites from key insurance/financial institutions\, Appointed Actuaries\, general practitioners\, government bodies and the media. \nThe Summit will include a variety of topical areas bringing together participants\, top keynote speakers and honorary guests from across the territory to advance a shared agenda\, providing members the opportunity to meet with ASHK Council and the key industry stakeholders from among the actuarial profession for resources\, connections and inspirations.
