DESCRIPTION:The U35s Reinsurance Group Committee is proud to announce the dates for its 25th annual Underwriting Seminar as the 21st-22nd September 2017. \nThe seminar would benefit those requiring a greater understanding of the practical issues surrounding the underwriting of property and casualty risks. The Underwriting Seminar’s main priority is the development of the techniques and skills of reinsurance underwriting\, both in theory and in practice. The seminar covers an introduction to burning cost rating using the chain ladder method with consideration given to IBNR\, inflation and portfolio changes.
