DESCRIPTION:Welcome Message \nDear prospective delegates\, \nFirst and Second quarter of 2018 are now behind us and we are already in the closing month of third quarter. Business wise\, some enterprise may find year 2018 a good year but to others may not be so. \nRunning an enterprise by its nature is always challenging. The current global economic condition adds more pressure to those who run the enterprise or company. Very often what is being faced in day to day business life become the focus of the management’s attention and meeting the immediate budget or target become the focus of all action and attentionof the company\, including its top management. \nAttempting to meet the immediate target is undoubtedly a crucial factor for the company to survive. In the long run\, however\, that is far from enough.The ever changing market condition\, shifting consumer expectation and the fast approaching open regional and global market like APAC are amongst other things the an enterprise\, and even an industry\, have to anticipate if it Is to not only stay in business\, but also grow sustainably in the long run. \nThe 24th Indonesia Rendezvous will be focusing on what lies ahead of us\,what is expected to happen inthe global and domestic economy\, what needs to be done both collaboratively by the industry and by individual companies\, what role can be played by the authority in order for the industry to sustainin the future. These will be discussed comprehensively in the seminar and panel discussions with theme From Potential To Reality: 2019 and Beyond. \nThe organizing committee of the 24th Indonesia Rendezvous invites speakers both from overseas and domestic insurance markets. In addition to speakers from within the industry\, the organizing committee will also invite speakers from other industries.
