DESCRIPTION:Join the Lloyd’s Data Lab team for the 2020 Virtual Lloyd’s Market Datathon across December 2nd and 3rd. It’s that time of year again and the organisers are not going to let the pandemic prevent them from holding the Lloyd’s Market Datathon! \nEvent details\nFollowing 2019 Datathon attendee feedback\, Lloyd’s has extended the event so it will be run over 2 days\, enabling more time to work with your team to develop your solution and pitch to the judging panel. \nDatathon 2020 will be taking place on December 2nd and 3rd. \nThe organisers will also be adapting the Datathon to integrate with their new ways of working so this year it will be a totally online event enabling all of you to join wherever you are located. \nDescription\nAs usual Lloyd’s is looking for the curious\, collaborative and insightful to join this key data event in the Lloyd’s Market\, as they give you the opportunity to use a variety of data techniques and data sets to create innovative insurance products. \nThe Datathon theme for 2020\, will be focussed on developing new data services and products in regard to systemic risks\, such as climate change. \nRegistration for the Datathon is now open and you can register here.
