SUMMARY:16th Cologne Reinsurance Symposium 2019
DESCRIPTION:The Cologne Research Centre for Reinsurance analyses the latest developments in the reinsurance market and\, where appropriate\, monitors these through projects. In this\, it links the research activities of the Institute of Insurance with practices in the reinsurance sector. Organising and carrying out the annual Cologne Reinsurance Symposium and the Annual Meeting of the Sponsoring Group Reinsurance are also part of the mission of the Research Centre. \nUnder the direction of Prof. Materne\, there are eight research assistants employed at the Cologne Research Centre for Reinsurance.
